This PR modifies the main action button, which currently points to /service-wip, to point to the dashboard. It assumes that the dashboard will be deployed at dash.hostea.org(did I get it wrong @dachary?). Also, it adds an extra link group in the nav bar to add login and registration buttons(please see screenshots attached)
