Today I received an email invoice for a test I did and never paid (therefore the host was not created).

I received an email for an instance that I created on the dashboard but didn't pay so it provisioned.

We should set an expiry to delete VMs that were created that weren't paid for.

Also, we currently don't have a workflow to auto-delete VMs that are past due.

One of the two current Hostea client will receive an invoice for the host they failed to create as well.
