Changes

  1. Add vision
  2. List values that will be upheld by Hostea, borrowed from about page
  3. rm placeholder texts
  4. Add service WIP status page, temporarily displayed when user clicks "Get Started" button in homepage banner
  5. General refactoring

TODO: should replace placeholder images used in Hostea values section. Unstable internet connection in campus, expiding PR to meet Chatons deadline.

P.S Apologies for the massive PR, I meant to make changes to the homepage only but then ended up touching other parts as well

Kindly ignore CI failure for this PR, the website build succeeded but deployment failed. Will make changes to avoid runnig deployment steps on PRs
