website update was failing when normal git merging was failing. I've implemented a fix which performs a merge analysis and picks merging strategy(inspired by the official examples of git2 library)
Spinning up docker images were failing because it was trying to create a (GNU/Linux)user that might already exist. The fix checks for the user's existence and creates it only when it is absent.

I don't understand, a due date for updating Hostea?

This change is non-breaking and there is no urgency in updating Hostea. It is only ever required when website updates fail, although it is nice to have. This fix will ensure that updates will never fail(🤞 )

This issue is closed and I have no objection. In order to be elligible for revenue sharing there must be a due date (see the guide) so the script can figure out when 8 weeks passed. It could be the closed date except it is not possible to set it after the fact and in the past.
