@realaravinth It seems to me we have three kind of users (personae) of the Z project and I proposed to name them as described in the description. The names used previously in the discussions were confusing, this might be clearer.

Sysadmin was sysadmin
Gitea Admin was Admin and billing
Gitea User was User

What do you think? It's not very important but naming them will avoid confusion when we need to focus on the needs of a particular personae.

"Sysadmin" is a little confusing as it is possible to confuse it with "Admin and billing", who are also admins but of the whole service. IMO, "instance admin fits the description of the person that is paying the service provider and manages the instace that they are allocated.

I changed "Gitea Admin" to be "Instance Admin" and "Gitea User" to be "Instance User" is it better?
